Our Palouse Brand and Clear Creek Foods products are grown on our family farm in the Palouse region of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, ensuring a direct farm-to-table connection.
Are your products non-GMO and Glyphosate-free?
Yes, all of our grains and legumes are Non-GMO Project Verified and we are proud to be Certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer bulk purchasing for bakeries or restaurants?
Absolutely. We offer various bulk sizes ranging from 5lb bags to 25lb bags online, and we can accommodate larger pallet orders for commercial partners through our wholesale department.
